TERMS OF RESERVATION:
All our apartments are located in the centre of the city. All of them are furnished, have modern facilities, kitchen appliances and everything necessary for comfortable living. Choose several apartments to your liking from our database in Nikolaev,
ATTENTION! We accept applications from all clients but the preference goes to those who made the pre-payment. By pre-payment you guarantee your arrival, and we guarantee the booking of the apartment you selected. The pre-payment is included into the total cost of living. Usually the pre-payment is equal to the cost of one-day stay in the apartment.
WAYS OF PAYMENT – see on “Payment info” page. Also you can pay for the entire term of your living in the apartment at once.
CANCEL BOOKING:
If you could not come on the specified date, the pre-pay for one day of rent is not returned. If you change the date of your arrival, the pre-pay is not returned, you will have to make a new reservation for another date and send the pre-payment once again.

CHECK-OUT TIME – 12.00
It is possible to change check out time from12.00 to 13.00 if there is no new booking for this apartment. If your check-out time is after 13.00, you have to additionally pay the cost of one-day stay in the apartment. |
SAFETY DEPOSIT
One of the conditions of apartment rental is providing safety deposit (the sum is different depending on the apartment, set by the apartment owner. Usually the sum of safety deposit is 100 USD). This sum is refundable, it will be returned to you on the day of your departure, if the apartment is not damaged/you did not lose the keys.The renter is financially responsible for damage of property in the apartment.

We can find an apartment for you for long-term rent according to your requirements and offer you apartments that are not represented on the site and are meant for long-term rent. The price for such apartments will be lower. After receiving your requirements to the apartment, we will offer you a few variants and you will be able to choose the apartment that suits you.
Attention! Monthly cost of long-term rent does not include payment for electricity, gas, water etc. You will additionally have to pay your utility bills (depending on your use of utilities). We conclude a contract for the rent of an apartment. Also you have to pay for the broker’s services (usually it is 50% of the cost of the first month of your lodging).
