Each apartment has its pluses and minuses. That is why you have to choose your apartment carefully. If you have questions on a particular apartment, you can ask them from our manager before the booking and making pre-payment. At the same time, you should realize that the apartment is only reserved from the moment of making the pre-payment (with giving the exact date of your arrival and departure; and agreeing on all conditions).
HERE ARE SOME TIPS ON CHOOSING THE APARTMENT FOR DAILY RENT (NIKOLAEV APARTMENTS-ODESSA APARTMENTS)

Read information on the apartment location. On the site there is the exact address of the apartment and the neighboring streets. Please check the location on the map.

Carefully read the description of the apartment and information on facilities. If the availability of a certain facility is necessary for you (e.g. internet), please check if it is available in a certain apartment.

Reserve the apartment after you buy tickets (plane or train) and you know the exact time of your arrival to Ukraine, because if you book the apartment for one date and arrive later, you can loose money.

If you plan to visit several cities, choose apartments for short-term rent on one site to save your money and time. Also think about transportation to travel between cities - ask the manager about taxi services and booking train tickets; meeting at the airport/railway station.

Look on the photos, usually there are different views of the apartment, all pieces of furniture and interior.

CORRELATION OF PRICE AND QUALITY IN CHOOSING THE APARTMENT (NIKOLAEV AND ODESSA)
We know the market of short-term and long-term apartments for rent in the South of Ukraine (Nikolaev and Odessa) and we can definitely state that the correlation of price and quality in most cases is as follows:

Two-room furnished apartment in Nikolaev with most facilities, unique design, after repair, in the centre of the city (Sovietskaya Street, or near Sovietskaya Street) will usually cost 50$ - 60$ and more.

Prices 40$ - 50$ will usually be for the apartment with good repairs but more remote from the centre; or the apartment in the centre with worse repairs, less new furniture or fewer facilities.

Cheap apartments (25$ - 35$) – usually it is a price for one-room apartments few pieces of furniture (or old furniture), minimum facilities, hot and cold water, TV, bedding, kitchen ware and sometimes Internet (see description).

In Odessa there are the same rules but the prices are usually 30$ - 40$ higher in each category. Prices on Deribasovskaya Street are twice as high as the prices for similar apartments in another Odessa district. In Odessa there are VIP apartments with prices starting from 100$ a day (no such apartments in Nikolaev).
