APARTMENT LOCATION:
This apartment in Nikolaev is located in the centre of the city, in the “old” part of it, near Nikolaev yacht club. This one-room apartment is situated on the 2d floor of a ten-storied building. Just a couple of minutes by bus and you are on Sovietskaya Street (or if you want you can take a twenty minutes’ walk). Near the apartment there is a big supermarket, grocery stores, and a small market. Five minute by foot and you are on the Central Market of Nikolaev where you can buy clothing, foods, accessories, shoes, equipment at cheaper prices than in the shops. Not far from the apartment there is central stadium “Evis” which is good for those who care about their health.
DESCRIPTION:
It is a very neat, clean and light apartment. Total space is 40 square meters. Central heating. Hot and cold water day and night. In the room there is a big double bed, bedside-tables, a glass journal table and two armchairs. Golden shades of the walls and the covers. Very spacious kitchen with necessary household appliances and kitchen ware gives much fantasy to your cooking. Behind the bar you can make tasty cocktails, you can also have a rest on a small folding sofa in the kitchen. The bathroom is designed in white and blue colors. Simple bath-tube, wash-basin, and toilet; small mirror. Spacious loggia where you can have a rest and breathe fresh air.
